Come learn some classic recipes this afternoon...Sometimes we take old favorites and get inspired, this time by Julia Child.
Salad Nicoise: A meal in itself! Butter lettuce, hard boiled eggs, olives, vegetables, anchovies, all dressed in olive oil.
Potage Parmentier: A very simple potato and leek soup with great flavor, sometimes simplicity is the best!
Coq Au Vin: A French culinary classic, chicken braised in rich wine sauce with mushrooms, onions and a ton of flavor.
Note: Julia Child's recipes are often long, all-day affairs so we will be doing some work behind the scenes to ensure everyone will be able to sit down to enjoy the meal! Additionally, we will be substituting some of our own (quicker) techniques so there will absolutely be a Food Lab spin on the class.
