In this heavily spiced Indian class we will play with flavors and indulge in some amazingly warming recipes!

Samosas: Potato and vegetable curried and stuff into dough to be baked or fried.
Tamarind Sauce: A sweet and sour type dipping sauce
Chicken Tikka Masala: Chicken stewed in a tomato cream sauce and spices
Vegetable Biryani: Classic rice dish with vegetables and spices
