Asia; Kids Summer Camp

June 10 — June 14, 2019, 9:00 am — 12:00 pm


From dumplings to fried rice, summer rolls to scallion pancakes, we tour Asia and create great, simple and delicious recipes to eat and repeat! Ages 6 and up, kids will be separated by age in groups.

Dumplings: Little pockets of dough stuffed with meat or vegetable filling and spices
Dipping Sauce: Sesame and Tamari based dipping sauce for the dumplings
Cucumber Salad: Refreshingly simple cucumber salad with a sesame vinaigrette

Vegetable Fried Rice: Mixed vegetables with egg and rice, a great complete meal!
Soba Noodle Salad with Sesame Dressing: Deliciously dressed noodles with vegetables and herbs
Orange Chicken Wings and Drums: Our take on some classic Chinese Orange Chicken, winner for all
Cream Cheese Wontons

Spring Rolls: Fresh vegetables and rice noodles rolled with herbs and dipped in a sauce
Chinese Scallion Pancakes
Egg Rolls: Vegetables cooked and rolled into egg wrappers and baked until golden.
Sweet Chili Sauce: A sweet sauce, perfect for dipping!

Red Lentil Dosa
Classic Samosa: An Indian treat, potatoes and curry stuffed in dough and baked off to golden perfection
Raita: A yogurt cucumber sauce perfect for dipping
