This is an in-person class at Food Lab, limited to 10 guests total. We will be following all current regulations set by the county and state health departments.

Pan-Seared Pork Chops: Bone-in pork chops seared to golden brown and braised with shallot and garlic.
Dijon-Herb Glaze: A classic of the Burgundy region; Rich and creamy with white wine and herbs.
Caramelized Apple and Fennel Crepes with Radicchio: Crepes stuffed with gooey and apples and fresh fennel
Orange Butter: A sweet and delicate whipped butter, the perfect garnish for a crepe
