Learn to make your own pasta and and fill it with a seasonal filling. Paired with a delicious salad and the most simple sauce, a perfect meal!

Simple Greens: Spring lettuce, parsley, feta, chopped snap peas, shaved celery, mint, olive oil, lemon
Olive Tapenade Bruschetta: Blended olives on baguette
Fresh Herb Lemon Ricotta Ravioli: Fresh herb infused fresh ricotta
Garlic Butter Sauce with Pancetta

Minors must complete a waiver

Our tickets are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class we can issue a store credit to be applied to another class of your choosing. If you notify us with less than 2 weeks notice, we regret that no refunds can be issued. At this point we have committed staff, resources and food planning based on our confirmed bookings. We hate when this happens… but if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you can transfer your spot to someone else. Simply let us know about the situation and provide us with the name of the person who will be taking your place.
