In Person Private Event- Plant-Based Indian

Join us for an in person, small group private event at Food Lab!

Available for groups up to 10 people (with a minimum of 8 people), come enjoy a private cooking class with a group of your family or friends.

Join us to learn some creative and innovative plant based cooking techniques while enjoying the powerfully aromatic and delicious flavors of India!

Kofta Curry: A classic vegetarian meatball stewed in a powerful tomato curry
Aloo Paratha: Delicious fried bread stuffed with potato and onion
Biriyani: Heavily aromatic and spiced rice dish with raisins, cashews, and vegetables
Aquafaba: A new wonderful tool to help in the endless pursuit of new plant based cooking techniques
Peach Mint Chutney: Spicy, sweet, and refreshing- the perfect summer sauce to serve alongside any Indian dish

Minors must complete a waiver

Our tickets are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class we can issue a store credit to be applied to another class of your choosing. If you notify us with less than 2 weeks notice, we regret that no refunds can be issued. At this point we have committed staff, resources and food planning based on our confirmed bookings. We hate when this happens… but if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you can transfer your spot to someone else. Simply let us know about the situation and provide us with the name of the person who will be taking your place.
