We will play with bread and dough and sauces, make great pasta, delicious salads and have a blast doing it!
Ages 6 and up, kids separated by age in groups.

Zucchini Chips: Parmesan coated zucchini, baked to perfection
Pesto: Basil and other herbs blended with cheese and pumpkin seeds
Meatballs: Beef blended with herbs and spices, simmered in sauce
Gnocchi Alla Romana
Caprese: Fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil salad with balsamic
Vinaigrette: A balsamic based dressing, great for anything!
Chicken Kabob: Spice marinated chicken, griddle cooked on a skewer
Tatziki: Cucumber lemon and yogurt, a cool dipping sauce
Hummus: Classic chickpea and tahini dip
Greek Salad: Cucumber, olive, tomato salad with red wine vinaigrette
Gnocchi: Hand made potato dumplings
