Italy Summer Camp

We tour Italy and some delicious surrounding Mediterranean areas for some of the classics!

Day 1:

Fresh Pasta: Pasta hand made and shaped
Marinara: Red sauce with herbs
Zucchini Chips: Parmesan coated zucchini, baked to perfection
Pesto: Basil and other herbs blended with cheese and pumpkin seeds

Day 2:

Chicken Kabob: Spice marinated chicken, griddle cooked on a skewer
Tzatziki: Cucumber lemon and yogurt, a cool dipping sauce
Hummus: Classic chickpea and tahini dip
Greek Salad: Cucumber, olive, tomato salad with red wine vinaigrette

Day 3:

Gnocchi: Hand made potato dumplings
Alfredo Sauce: Creamy cheese based pasta sauce
Panzanella: Bread and tomato salad with fresh herbs
Vanilla Butterball Cookies: Simple and delicious cookies

Day 4:

Meatballs: Beef blended with herbs and spices, simmered in sauce
Gnocchi Alla Romana: A polenta based dish, different from the more known gnocchi
Caprese: Fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil salad with balsamic
Vinaigrette: A balsamic based dressing, great for anything!

Our tickets are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class we can issue a store credit to be applied to another class of your choosing. If you notify us with less than 2 weeks notice, we regret that no refunds can be issued. At this point we have committed staff, resources and food planning based on our confirmed bookings. We hate when this happens… but if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you can transfer your spot to someone else. Simply let us know about the situation and provide us with the name of the person who will be taking your place.
