This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals!


  • Dolma: Delicious rice, nut and currant stuffed grape leaf, with a perfect balance of acid.
  • Carrot Tahini Salad: Seasonal carrots shredded and pressed with salt and dressed with a creamy tahini sauce, with some fresh herbs
  • Kefta (Spicy Lamb Meatball): Spiced meatballs served with tatziki
  • Tatziki: Yogurt minty cucumber sauce
  • Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad: A modern twist on a classic
  • ¬†Flatbread with Fig Spread
