This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals!

Dolma: Delicious rice, nut and currant stuffed grape leaf, with a perfect balance of acid.
Carrot Tahini Salad: Seasonal carrots shredded and pressed with salt and dressed with a creamy tahini sauce, with some fresh herbs
Kefta (Spicy Lamb Meatball): Spiced meatballs served with tatziki
Tatziki: Yogurt minty cucumber sauce
Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad: A modern twist on a classic
Flatbread with Fig Spread

Minors must complete a waiver

Our tickets are non-refundable. If you notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your booked class we can issue a store credit to be applied to another class of your choosing. If you notify us with less than 2 weeks notice, we regret that no refunds can be issued. At this point we have committed staff, resources and food planning based on our confirmed bookings. We hate when this happens… but if you are unable to attend a class that you have booked, you can transfer your spot to someone else. Simply let us know about the situation and provide us with the name of the person who will be taking your place.
