This is an in-person class at Food Lab with a maximum of 10 guests. We will be following all current protocols from the state and county health department.

Join us to learn some creative and innovative plant based cooking techniques while enjoying the powerfully aromatic and delicious flavors of India!

Kofta Curry: A classic vegetarian meatball stewed in a powerful tomato curry
Aloo Paratha: Delicious fried bread stuffed with potato and onion
Biriyani: Heavily aromatic and spiced rice dish with raisins, cashews, and vegetables
Imlee Chutney: A spicy and warm, tamarind heavy chutney with carrots and serrano

We know times are crazy and as a small, events-driven business, we get it. However, our tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances. We will happily provide store credit with 2 weeks notice of a class so you can rebook in another class. Credit with us does not expire and can be used at any point in the future.
