Spanish Tapas

This is an in-person class at Food Lab limited to 10 guests. We will be following all current regulations set by state and county health departments.

A great class to please all, who does not like tapas? A lot of socialization, nibbling and fun takes place in this class.

Patatas Bravas: Delicious fried potatoes served over salsa brava with garlic aioli
Almejas en Salsa Verde: Clams in Green Sauce: Clams cooked in wine, garlic, and parsley with delicious bread
Gambas al Ajillos: Shrimp, garlic, and pepper flakes
Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillo Peppers: Sweet, savory, tangy. A pepper for all!

Minors must complete a waiver

We know times are crazy and as a small, events-driven business, we get it. However, our tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, under any circumstances. We will happily provide store credit with 2 weeks notice of a class so you can rebook in another class. Credit with us does not expire and can be used at any point in the future.
