
Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 Lb Butter, room temperature
1½ cup White Granulated Sugar
1⅓ cup Brown Sugar
3½ cup AP Flour
2¾ cup Bread Flour
1½ tsp Baking Powder
1½ tsp Baking Soda
2 ½ tsp Salt
4ea Eggs
3 TBSP Vanilla extract
2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Place butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer, and cream together with a paddle attachment until fully incorporated and fluffy.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, sift together AP flour, bread flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Once sugar and butters are creamed together, add one egg at a time waiting for it to incorporate before adding the next. Add vanilla, and wait for it to incorporate.
Add flour mixture one cup at a time, waiting for it to incorporate.
Add chocolate chips if desired, and scoop out to 1” balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased.
Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes.
