Our 3 hour hands on classes were created with the curious guest in mind. We’ll pair you in groups of 4! Come, cook, sip some wine learn a few tips and tricks in a comfortable and beautiful space. One of the best experiences Boulder (and beyond) has to offer!

Learn to create one of the classic one pot meals, Paella! Paired with a delicious salad, a perfect evening and one you can show off to your friends at your next dinner party.

Paella Chorizo, Camarones, y Mejillones: A true classic. Chorizo, shrimp, and mussels  come together in an all-time favorite paella
Paella Chorizo, Pollo, y Hongos: Another classic with slightly more modern appeal. Chorizo, chicken and mushrooms make up this paella.
Paella Vegetables: One for the vegetable lovers out there, a paella that can change with the season
Saffron Aioli: A rich and delicate sauce to top your delicious paella

Plant Based Sichuan

Enjoy learning simply cooked recipes for any home cook. We will have fun transforming humble ingredients into Chinese delicacies.

Sweet and Sour Shiitake Mushrooms: A traditional mushroom dish that covers all the bases. Sweet. Sour. Umami. Delicious.
Sichuan Chili Tofu: A tofu dish that doesn’t taste like the rest. Learn how to infuse tofu with all the flavor we wish it had
Spicy Buckwheat Noodles: So simple, but so much flavor. A cold and spicy noodle salad with wood ear mushrooms and cucumbers, impress everyone without wasting all day cooking.
Stir-Fried Choy Sum: A traditional Asian vegetable stir fried with chile, garlic, and ginger and served chilled
Smoky Eggplant with Garlic: Charred Chinese eggplants marinated in chile, soy, and garlic
