Head Instructor
Will grew up in the restaurant industry and started professionally at 14 bussing tables and making salads for banquets. He attended the Art Institute of Colorado in 2005 and worked his way up into Executive Chef positions at local restaurants specializing in farm to table and snout to tail mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
He has 25 years of experience and has proven his love and dedication in restaurants. He now brings that knowledge and passion to the community to share. When not at work, Will enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. They love to cook together, play soccer, do anything outdoors in the mountains, and are very big fans of pie dates.
