Tiff Flemming

Chef Instructor

Originally from Reno, NV, Colorado has been Tiff's home for 30 years. She began her career as a busser at the age of 14 and worked her way up to becoming a sous chef at a country club by the time she was 19. Following that, she worked in a kosher kitchen for four years, where she developed a deep appreciation for food. This experience allowed her to transition into fine dining as a chef, specializing in various cuisines over the years, including sushi and working in two Italian Michelin-starred restaurants. She enjoys experimenting with gastronomy and is currently working on setting chlorophyll in green vegetables.

Tiff loves camping, playing the guitar, visiting farmers' markets, and volunteering for the community. She attended Longmont High School, where she played football and the viola. She married her best friend on her birthday and now has two children and a grandchild.
